The reasons why exercise is beneficial for relieving stress are:
- Exercise balances the stress hormone in your body. It also releases chemicals that make your mood better.
- Exercise also acts as a painkiller.
- Exercising helps you in improving your sleep quality. You have a better sleep when you have done some cardio or yoga.
When you exercise daily, your body feels more competent and confident, which helps you improve your mental health. Thus, having a great exercise routine, and enjoying it can cure your stress magically.
2. Cut Down on Caffeine
