How to make Rolled Ice Cream?
Making these ice cream rolls can be tricky but is simple and easy and you won’t be needing any fancy ice or marble slab for that. Here is the easy and interesting food DIY to make ice cream rolls at home.
First, let’s have a look at the ingredients. You will need:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)

- Metal Spatula (flat)
- 2 baking sheets
- or 2 baking pans
- Measuring cups and spoons
Prepare the Ingredients of Rolled Ice Cream at Home
Whether you buy ice cream from a local ice cream parlor or go to some lavish store. They never disclose the secret ingredients of the ice cream base. But thanks to the texture of this rolled ice cream, that it gives the hints of what it’s made from.
The two most important and main ingredients of these ice cream rolls are sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. These are the base ingredients and the whole taste and texture depend on these two ingredients only. Calling them the building block of rolled ice cream won’t be wrong.
Buy sweetened condensed milk so you can avoid the hassle of adding sugar into the milk and then leaving it to dissolve and cooking it for ages to make it thick.
