Chicken Bread

We all know how much everybody loves those bread stuffed with chicken. But ever tried to make it at home? With these easy Ramadan special recipes, you can make anything at home.

For dough:

Take 2 cups of flour, add one teaspoon yeast, one teaspoon sugar, one teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup of milk, oil and water as required, and knead well. Leave the dough for half an hour.

For the Chicken filling:

In a pan, add some butter, now add boiled and shredded chicken, and add green coriander, capsicum, salt, black pepper, and olives. Now stir fry it and set aside.

Assembling:

With the help of a rolling pin, roll the dough to form a rectangle. On both the longer sides, Make slits leaving the center. Now add the filling in the center. After placing the filling, start overlapping the slits from both sides, forming cross ends. When the overlapping is complete, brush a beaten egg on the top and season it with sesame seeds and nigella. Now place it in a preheated oven. Let it bake for about 20 to 26 minutes, and your chicken bread is ready to serve for the iftar.

Club Sandwich

One of the most delicious Ramadan recipes for iftar snacks is club sandwiches. They are not only easy to make but taste heavenly as well.

Here is the method:

Take a pan, heat oil in it, add some ginger garlic paste and stir. Now add chunks of finely cut carrots and capsicum. Now add boiled, shredded chicken, salt, pepper, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Stir well. The batter is ready. Now beat a few eggs, add your spices according and fry it.

Now, take the sandwich bread and spread mayonnaise, cream cheese, or butter on it. Place the fried egg. Now place another slice of bread on top of it. Add some salad on the slice and place another piece of bread. Now place the batter and cover it with a bread slice. Grill it on low heat and serve these delicious club sandwiches piping hot.

Take boiled and mashed potatoes, add salt, black pepper, green coriander, red chili powder, and mix them well. Now take a chunk of this batter and place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center and make a ball. Make all the balls of the mixture by repeating this step. Now dip these balls in beaten egg and then roll them in the bread crumbs. Deep fry these balls in hot oil. These cheese balls taste best when served with mayo sauce or simple tomato sauce.
