If you have been coughing a lot for more than an hour. And you have tried all health and safety tips to overcome the cough but all in vain.
- High fever:
If you have too much high fever and the body temperature is too hot.
- Body pain:
If you feel too much muscle pain and it becomes unbearable.
- Shortness of breath:
If you find difficulty while breathing and feel too much pressure on your chest to inhale and exhale.

How is Corona Virus Spread?
The COVID 19 is spread from person to person, who are in interaction with each other. The droplets of the saliva or mucus of the infected person are dispersed in the air or on the surfaces which they have touched.

If you touch the surface containing the droplets, shake hands, or have any physical contact with the infected person, chances are that you might also end up getting infected by this Coronavirus. Just like other flu, this virus can spread person to person without even showing the symptoms for 14 days.
The Coronavirus can also spread even if the symptoms do not show up.

1. Wash your Hands Continuously
You should wash your hands more frequently with a good soap or liquid handwash. Clean each part of your hand, including fingers, thumbs, etc. Apply soap for almost 20 to 30 seconds. But do not forget to switch off the tap and do not leave the water running while you are applying the soap. Rinse your hands with water carefully each time. If in contact, this virus can stay on your hands for several minutes, when you wash your hands with soap, you wash away the virus.
2. Cover your Mouth while Sneezing and Coughing
If you have a cough or flu, make sure to put a tissue on your mouth while coughing or sneezing. Do not put your palm on your mouth as the germs will get on your hands. You can use the inner part of your elbow while sneezing and coughing if you do not have a tissue.
3. Wear Face Mask
When you go out, always wear face masks. These masks do not let the germs of the virus to get in your mouth. These face masks are really helpful in blocking the droplets of the virus.
4. Avoid Direct Contact with Animals
Do not come in physical contact with animals as the germs through animals can pass rapidly as compared to humans. If you are visiting a market in the infected area, you have to be more careful about not touching any animal or the surfaces which have been in contact with animals.
5. Avoid Unnecessary Traveling
Do not leave your place unless it is really critical for you. You should stay home to avoid the spread of this virus. You must stay at home and avoid traveling to stay protected.
6. Social Distancing
One of the most important tips to keep yourself safe from this virus is social distancing. It has become the necessity of time to avoid social gatherings. There is a high risk of viral spread in social gatherings. Thus, you should limit your eat outs, parties, social gatherings, ceremonies, etc.
7. Stay Home
If you have traveled to an infected area, after returning, stay at home. You should not get out of your house for at least 14 days if you have traveled to the infected area.
